Booking & Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website by clicking the 'Check Availability' button, or call/WhatsApp us at +91 63988 42557.
Do you require a deposit to confirm the booking?
Yes, an advance payment of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The balance can be paid upon arrival.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept UPI, Bank Transfers, and Cash. Credit/Debit card facility is subject to network availability.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, modifications are possible subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer special rates for large groups, corporate retreats, and school excursions. Please contact us directly for a quote.
Is it safe to book online?
Unless you are booking through a verified OTA or paying via our official UPI ID, please verify with our reception number before making large transfers.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may attract a 50% charge. No refunds for no-shows.

What types of tents are available?
We offer Deluxe Swiss Tents with attached washrooms, double beds, and private sit-out areas.
Are the tents heated?
We provide heavy blankets and heaters (on request/chargeable) to keep you warm during chilly nights.
Do the tents have electricity?
Yes, all tents have 24/7 electricity and charging points for your devices.
Is there an attached bathroom?
Yes, every Swiss tent comes with a clean, western-style attached washroom with running water.
How many people can stay in one tent?
Our tents comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Extra bedding can be arranged for an additional adult.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, fresh linens, warm duvets, and towels are provided in every room.
Is there Room Service?
Yes, room service is available for tea/coffee and snacks during designated hours.
Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 12:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Can I request an early check-in?
Early check-in is subject to availability. Please inform us in advance so we can try to accommodate you.
Can I request a late check-out?
Late check-outs up to 1:00 PM may be accommodated if no guests are arriving. Beyond that, half-day charges may apply.
Do I need to carry ID proof?
Yes, valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport) is mandatory for all guests over 18.
Is the reception open 24 hours?
Our front desk is operational from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For late arrivals, please inform us in advance.
Dining
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, a complimentary buffet or fixed-menu breakfast is included for all bookings.
Do you have a restaurant on-site?
Yes, we have a multi-cuisine kitchen serving delicious North Indian and local Pahadi dishes.
Can I get Jain or Vegan food?
Yes, we can customize meals for dietary requirements if informed in advance.
Do you serve alcohol?
We do not serve alcohol. Guests may carry their own (subject to responsible consumption policies).
What are the meal timings?
Breakfast: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM | Lunch: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM | Dinner: 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM.
Is there a barbecue facility?
Yes, we arrange bonfires and barbecues on request (chargeable).
Location & Accessibility
How far is the property from Tiger Falls?
We are located very close to the Tiger Falls area, offering a great base for the trek.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have ample free parking space for cars and bikes within the premises.
Is the road to the camp safe for small cars?
The road to Chakrata is generally good. The last stretch to the camp is a bit raw but accessible by all vehicles.
How far is the nearest market?
Chakrata main market is about 4-5 km away from the campsite.
Does Google Maps work there?
Yes, but networks can be patchy. We recommend downloading the offline map or calling us for directions once you reach Chakrata.
Amenities & Services
Is there Wi-Fi at the property?
Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi in the common dining area. Mobile networks like Jio and Airtel also work reasonably well.
Do you have power backup?
Yes, we have a generator backup for essential lighting during power cuts.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly property! Please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Is there a geyser for hot water?
Yes, hot water is available. In extreme winters, we ensure hot water is provided via buckets if solar heaters face low efficiency.
Do you offer laundry service?
We offer limited laundry service (wash & dry) for an extra charge.
Is there a doctor on call?
Basic first aid is available on-site. The nearest hospital is the Army Hospital in Chakrata market.
Can you arrange taxis for sightseeing?
Yes, we can arrange local taxis for Tiger Falls, Deoban, and other sightseeing spots upon request.
General Policies
Is smoking allowed in the tents?
Smoking inside the tents is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Are unmarried couples allowed?
Yes, couples with valid ID proofs (18+) are welcome.
Is loud music allowed?
Light music is allowed until 10:00 PM. Post that, we request guests to maintain silence to respect nature and other guests.
Is the property safe for solo female travelers?
Absolutely. We have 24/7 staff and a secure environment, making it very safe for solo travelers and families.
